Remote Support Administration - Subscription

This on-demand subscription training is for system/network administrators who want to learn how to configure and extend Remote Support for their unique environment. Training topics include everything from initial deployment and configuration to ongoing maintenance and planning for specific use cases. New courses are regularly added as new software versions are released, so you can know what to anticipate during an update and how to get the greatest value possible from new features. A hands-on lab is included for students to practice what they have learned and work through exercises to build confidence. Live workshops will put you in a focused training session with live instructors, allowing for real-time feedback and answers to your questions. Students who complete core learning paths are eligible to take the BeyondTrust certification exam. Additionally, course completion will award students with up to 16 hours of Continuing Professional Education credits (CPE).

Remote Support for Administrators

This course is designed for system/network administrators who want to learn how to configure and extend Remote Support for their unique environment. During the course, administrators will learn how to efficiently administer and configure Remote Support on an ongoing basis focusing on these learning objectives: Setting Remote Support up for Success, Establishing Security Policies, Mastering Support Options, Customizing the Customer Experience, and Optimizing Session Data Reporting and Archival. This course includes a hands-on lab with exercises for students to practice what they learn. This course is offered as a two-day on-site course, or as a virtual course delivered over 4 half days. Students who successfully complete this course are eligible to take the associated BeyondTrust Certification exam.

Remote Support Console for Users

Ideal for help desk analysts, support professionals, and managers, this course provides a solid understanding of the Representative Console, and what your customer sees during a support session. During the half-day course, your support representatives will become knowledgeable in session initiation, troubleshooting tools, session management, and other support features. As a result, reps gain confidence and greater efficiency when initiating sessions and resolving customer issues. (Offered on-site, virtual, or on-demand) Students who successfully complete this course are eligible to take the associated BeyondTrust Certification exam.
